Terms of Use and Responsibility

By creating a Yaz account, downloading, and using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Yaz is an iOS app for Yaz travelers to follow their expeditions, find their photos in event galleries via optional facial recognition, engage with the Tribe, save badges in the passport, and receive information about journeys booked with Yaz Experiences. The app is intended for people who already know Yaz and plan to travel with us, or for clients who have already joined (and continue to join) our expeditions.

Yaz does not sell products nor process payments inside the app. Expeditions are booked through Yaz Experiences' official channels, outside the application.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials (email and password) secure. Notify us immediately of any suspected misuse at contato@yazexperience.com.br.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 13 to create an account. Minors between 13 and 18 must have parental consent.

By posting photos, posts, messages, or comments on Yaz, you represent:

• That the content is yours or you have rights to publish it.
• That it does not violate third-party rights (copyright, image, trademark, privacy).
• That you grant Yaz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display this content to other members of the corresponding expedition, solely within the app.

You can delete content at any time. Deleting your account removes all content you have published.

You may not use Yaz to:

• Harass, threaten, or defame other people.
• Send spam, phishing, or illegal content.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Reverse-engineer, mass-scrape, or attempt intrusion.
• Impersonate other people or organizations.
• Post nudity, gratuitous violence, or hate speech.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension and account removal without prior notice.

Yaz, including its brand, code, design, fonts, sounds, and features, is the property of Yaz Experiences. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app under these Terms.

The content you publish is yours — Yaz does not claim ownership.

Yaz is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available, secure, and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaz is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or service unavailability, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms, fraud, or risk to service security.

You can terminate your account at any time, without justification, at Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete my account inside the app. See the step-by-step.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance, both in the app and on this page. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, are elected as the venue for any dispute, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
